3. ARTWORKS, AVAILABILITY & PRICING
Artwork details, images, dimensions, availability, and prices are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Images are illustrative and colour may vary by screen. An enquiry does not reserve an artwork. A sale is confirmed only when agreed in writing and payment has been received or otherwise arranged.
4. PAYMENT, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Payment terms, taxes, delivery, insurance, installation, and any return rights will be confirmed for each transaction. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the buyer is responsible for delivery-related charges. Risk and title transfer according to the written sale agreement and applicable law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including artwork images, text, graphics, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Elke & Bose and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights in an artwork or its copyright are transferred unless expressly stated in writing.
